Jinwei Pan
CEO & Founder
During his Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University in New York City, Jinwei Pan focused on his sub-major in advanced Robotics. Currently, Jinwei is the CEO of Pro-build Robotics and HOUSEI Smart House Builder Technology. He is a serial entrepreneur and innovator who has been involved in several startups and successful companies. After graduating from the robotics program at Columbia, Jinwei pursued a career in RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and has over 13 years of experience working with UiPath, Blue Prism, AI, computer vision, and more. Before leaving his career, he was solely responsible for designing the overall RPA workflow for Spectrum Mobile, helping the company save nearly $4 million in the next 2 years after the deployment of RPA automations. In addition to being a Robotics Enthusiast, Jinwei is also passionate about real estate. Growing up around his father in construction sites, he watched his father build factory framings, steam boiler rooms for supermarkets, and residential complexes. This passion led him to flip several houses and hands-on remodel from the ground up to finished leads all the way to start the company HOUSEI. Jinwei is also a real estate investor and Airbnb host, with a goal of introducing robotics into real estate. He is excited for the next chapter of real estate.
