Reserve now with a HOUSEI Membership or security deposit and choose the perfect capsule house for you. Customize it as you wish, and your membership fee will be deducted from the house price.
Schedule a one-on-one call to find the best HOUSEI capsule home for your needs, property, and budget. Get a detailed project rundown and total price. Pre-finalize configurations, options, and upgrades.
We will go over your complete contract with you, which includes all costs for the unit, shipping, and delivery. The contract also covers a site plan, installation plan, and optional site work (if you choose to hire us for installation). Once you have reviewed and signed the contract, we can proceed.
We will assist in obtaining the necessary permits for your project and handle the submission to your local jurisdiction. (Optional if you choose to utilize our installation and permit services)
We will prepare your property for the installation of your HOUSEI capsule home, including foundation and utility work. (Optional, if you decide to hire us for the installations).
Your completed HOUSEI unit will arrive at your home. Pack a picnic, invite your neighbors, and watch as your new home is carefully installed in your backyard. Rest assured, your dedicated HOUSEI Project Manager will handle everything in just a few hours.
