SCIP (Structural Concrete Insulated Panel) is a revolutionary wall system that combines high-performance insulation, steel wire mesh, and on-site concrete to create a structure that is incredibly strong, energy-efficient, and built to withstand even the harshest conditions.
Whether you’re building a single-family home or a multi-unit development, SCIP gives you a faster, smarter alternative to traditional framing or block construction—without sacrificing durability or comfort.
SCIP panels provide excellent thermal insulation, structural strength, and resistance to earthquakes, fire, and extreme weather.
Built with welded wire mesh and shotcrete, SCIP walls are hurricane-, fire-, and earthquake-resistant.
Panels are lightweight and modular, making them easy to transport and quick to install.
The EPS core provides continuous insulation—reducing energy bills and increasing comfort.
Reduce HVAC usage, maintenance, and insurance premiums thanks to SCIP’s high durability and efficiency
With a concrete shell and non-combustible materials, SCIP performs exceptionally well under fire stress.
Built with welded wire mesh and shotcrete, SCIP walls are hurricane-, fire-, and earthquake-resistant.
Tested to withstand 200+ mph winds and major seismic events.
| Feature | Stick-Built Construction | SCIP Panel System |
|---|---|---|
| Structural Strength | Moderate | High (concrete + wire mesh reinforced) |
| Thermal Insulation | Basic fiberglass or foam | Integrated high-performance EPS |
| Fire Resistance | Moderate (dependent on materials) | Excellent (encased in concrete) |
| Wind/Hurricane Resistance | Moderate | Excellent (tested against EF5 250+ mph winds) |
| Earthquake Resistance | Limited | High (flexible mesh with rigid core) |
| Build Speed | Standard | Faster with prefabricated panels |
| Labor Requirements | High (skilled labor intensive) | Lower (simplified installation) |
| Sound Insulation | Moderate | Excellent |
| Energy Efficiency | Low to Moderate | High (continuous insulation layer) |
| Pest Resistance | Low (wood susceptible to termites) | High (no wood elements) |
| Long-Term Maintenance | Higher (wood rot, pests, warping) | Minimal (durable and low upkeep) |
| Environmental Impact | Higher (wood and waste) | Lower (less waste, recyclable materials) |

We are fully integrated, providing end- to-end building ser vices as a single partner, with robust technology systems connecting
We have built a Cost-effective supply chain of curated, high-quality products, eliminating middlemen and passing on the savings directly to our customers.
At Housei we believe in an integrated and collaborative project delivery approach, utilizing the Vir tual Design and Construction (VDC) process and Building Information Modeling (BIM) as Lean tools to deliver a safe, cost- effective, timely, and complete project. HOUSEI is unique in that we create a Single Source of Truth Model (SSTM) for each of our projects, populated by BIM information as early as the Civil , Structural and Landscaping phases. This ensures complete coordination at the earliest stages and prevents costly schedule disruptions. Through a transparent, collaborative approach, we can lower the costs of project deliver y while increasing efficiency and profitability for our partners.
At Housei , we have developed a scheduling system internally known as the “Block Schedule” to allow us to maintain trade flow, minimize crew sizes, and identify with certainty the end date of the project. Our project team will work closely with all trades to develop a 5-day work plan, sequencing workflow to produce a predictable production rate with known manpower while days 6 and 7 are used to adjust to stay on schedule.
