A.25-year linear warranty
HOUSEI further guarantees that within twenty-five (25) years from the start date of
the warranty period, within the first ten (10) years, the output power attenuation shall not
be higher than 10% of the minimum nominal output power on the original label of the
product; Within twenty (20) years, the output power attenuation shall not be higher than
15% of the minimum nominal output power on the product’s original label, and within the
first twenty-five (25) years, the output power attenuation shall not be higher than 20% of
the minimum nominal output power on the product’s original label . And this output
power drop lower than the expected output power value is caused by materials or

process defects under normal application, use and service conditions, HOUSEI will
make the following compensations for this output power drop at its discretion:
(a) Repair or replace defective green building materials without charging customers for
the replaced green building materials or parts;
Or (b) as long as the customer has the conditions to install another green building
materials, the customer will be provided with another piece of green building material or
green building materials with a certain installation capacity calculated by equivalent
calculation, and compensation for this output power drop will be made so that the output
power reaches or exceeds the annual the corresponding expected specified output
power;
Or (c) At the request of the customer, refund to customers the difference between the
actual output power of the green building materials and the expected specified power for
the year according to the current comparable market price of the green building
materials.

To confirm the power output of the green building material, measurements should be
made at or normalized to standard test conditions of 1000W/m2, 25°C cell temperature
and AM 1.5 spectrum. Measurements shall be carried out according to EC 60904 and
output power figures calculated according to EN50380 taking into account the
uncertainty between test systems. As far as possible, use the same calibration
components as those used by HOUSEI Factory to calibrate the solar simulator, and test the output power in a high-level well-known third-party laboratory as much as
possible, and attach the EL (Electroluminescence) before sample shipment and test

samples and laboratories should be jointly decided by both parties. *Start date of warranty period: For direct purchase without distribution process, the date specified in the
contract or the initial invoice issued by HOUSEI shall be used as the start date of warranty; for
resale or long-term storage, the green building materials before being installed, HOUSEI will give
a certain grace period by default, but at the latest, it should not be later than one year after the date of
manufacture recorded in the HOUSEI inventory record. 

A. In no event shall any implied warranty extend beyond the period of warranty identified
in clause 1 or 2 above. Some countries, regions or other jurisdictions with legislative
power do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above limitations may
not apply to your specific legal rights given to you by this warranty, and you may also
have other rights which Entitlements may vary by country or region. Any seller of
photovoltaic modules or anyone else is not entitled to provide any other warranty in the
name of HOUSEI other than that stipulated in the warranty, or to extend the
warranty period beyond the above limited product warranty or limited output power
warranty. B. Claims are valid only if made within the applicable period of the limited warranty.

Claim applicants need to submit the sales invoice of the first purchase, or other
reasonable documentary proof, so as to determine the start date of the warranty period. C. The limited warranty is only applicable to the original customer in principle, but for the
green building materials kept at the original installation site, the warranty can be
transferred with the change of the product owner. D. The beneficiary of the warranty content described in this letter is the owner of the
green building materials. It can be the first buyer, the original customer, or the final owner
after multiple transactions. That is to say, the warranty is directly related to the green
building materials of HOUSEI. Related, the quality assurance is transferable and
automatically obtained, and has nothing to do with the transfer of ownership of green
building materials or power stations installed with green building materials. The transfer
of warranty does not cancel the indirect quality responsibility and cooperation obligations
of all parties in the intermediate resale link. E. The limited warranty does not apply to the following:  Changes, repairs or alterations have been made without the written consent of
HOUSEI;  Removal of green building materials and re-installation in new locations;  Failure to comply with the installation and user manuals of HOUSEI;  Misuse, abuse, neglect or accident in storage, transportation, handling, installation, application, use or service;  Power surge, lightning, flood, fire, sabotage, damage, accidental breakage, product
discoloration or other events beyond the control of HOUSEI.  Installation on a mobile platform or in a marine environment with direct contact with
corrosive agents or salt water, pest infestation or faulty system components and
other operating conditions not expressly permitted in the installation and user
manuals;  Altered, removed or altered the original green building materials label.
In addition, the limited warranty does not cover cosmetic defects of the product caused
by installation, nor does it cover normal wear and tear of green building materials. F. The Limited Warranty does not cover the installation of green building materials and
reinstallation after removal or repair of the defective green building materials and its
costs; it does not cover any other costs, lost profits or lost revenue related to the
performance or performance of the defective green building materials. For accepted
warranty claims, HOUSEI can bear reasonable transportation costs related to
repair and replacement products. G. Any green building materials additionally provided by HOUSEI pursuant to a
warranty claim, as well as any green building materials that have been repaired and
replaced, shall be covered by the same limited warranty and warranty terms as the first
purchased green building materials for the warranty claim; warranty period or terms Not

extended by warranty claims or remedies. HOUSEI will try its best to replace
defective green building materials with new or refurbished green building materials of the
same specification and appearance, but in the event that the production of the green
building material model for which a warranty claim has been made has ceased, HOUSEI will have the right to provide it to customers other HOUSEI's green
building materials similar to the claimed model. The replaced green building materials
and components will be owned by HOUSEI. H. For the European Union: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Limited
Warranty, if the green building material is subject to a Commitment Agreement (as
defined below), any replacement of the green building material due to a warranty claim
shall be subject to the Commitment Agreement and/or the European Commission other
instructions. HOUSEI has the right to choose to replace the defective green
building materials or refund the original price of the defective green building materials to
the customer according to the requirements of the Commitment Agreement. The
Commitment Agreement refers to the (EU) Regulation 423/2013 implemented on August
2, 2013 "accepting the commitments made in the anti-dumping investigation on imports
of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (cells and silicon wafers)
produced in the People's Republic of China" , which stipulates that under the premise
that the sales price is not lower than a certain minimum import price and other
commitments are complied with, importers are exempt from paying anti-dumping duties.

To obtain warranty service, customers or other applicants for warranty claims should
promptly contact the seller who sells the green building materials, and then the seller will
provide instructions and forms for filing a claim. If the seller no longer exists or cannot be
contacted, customers or other claimants can directly contact HOUSEI. Unless HOUSEI has provided prior written
authorization for the return, HOUSEI will not accept the return of green building
materials that are claimed to be defective. Unless otherwise stated, the green building
materials that HOUSEI has agreed to return should be shipped to the local
customer service center designated by HOUSEI . In the case that the claim is
rejected by HOUSEI, the claimant has the right to request the authoritative
laboratory jointly recognized by both parties to re-evaluate the results. The warranty
service shall be clearly informed and obliged to provide corresponding basis. 

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by HOUSEI, and
serves as the sole and exclusive remedy provided by customers or other applicants who
make claims because the green building materials do not meet the warranty
requirements. The remedial clauses of the method and period described in this limited
warranty are the full responsibility of HOUSEI to customers and claimants for green
building materials. In any case, HOUSEI shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or punitive damages caused by green building materials or their

installation, use, operation or non-operation, or any defect or violation of warranty
requirements, whether that liability is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict
liability or any other theory. This limited warranty excludes damages for loss of use, loss
of profits, loss of revenue and loss of production. Some countries or regions do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no case shall HOUSEI's liability for
unqualified green building material products exceed the purchase price paid by the
customer for the specific product involved, plus reasonable transportation costs. 

If a certain part or clause of this green building material limited warranty, or its application
to a certain person or environment is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity
or unenforceability will not affect other parts and clauses of this limited warranty or its
application, the other parts, clauses or their application will remain in effect.
